Our story begins in 2003 when our founder, a passionate Network and Security Engineer, launched his career in Spain. While honing his technical skills, he pursued a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity at the renowned Ramon-Llull-LaSalle University, setting the foundation for a future in advanced cybersecurity.
2004
In 2004, he took a bold step, moving into freelancing, where he expanded his client portfolio and transitioned from hands-on technical work to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Equipped with certifications like ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and CRISC, he evolved into a trusted GRC and Information Security Officer, seamlessly blending deep technical knowledge with strategic oversight.
2019
By 2019, with years of experience and a vision to address the evolving cybersecurity landscape, he founded Security People. His mission: to provide businesses with a holistic understanding of cybersecurity risks and tailored solutions that meet modern challenges.
